Prologue

First, answer the questionnaire from your teacher:

1. What are you going to do in summer vacation?

b. Be able to level up my fighter to 75!

c. Not to forget homework anymore

 

According to what you pick you'll get different clan abilities. There are many options and I just listed one that lead to a particular ability:

Stranger in the Woods

Quest	森にあらわれたモノ
Location	Targ wood
Condition	(Defeat Klestra!)
Law	(No projectile weapons}

 

Battle

This is a tutorial against a giant bird (klestra) and two cocktraices, which are weak against water (ignore this as you won't have any) follow the tutorial and get used to the game, then focus on taking out the cocktraices, this will give you valuable resources (used to make weapons) and experience. Cid is a guest in this fight and will be controlled automatically, he tends to use body slam which harms himself as well as his foe so keep the white mage on standby. After you have taken out the cocktriaces focus everything on Klestra, afetr taking a few hits it will eventually fly away.

 

After battle

Head to the village of wood (森の村), where you have to watch a cut-scene and then decide the clan name and also accept the next quest at the pub.

A paw full of feathers

Quest	守れ！チョコボ
Location	Targ Wood
Condition	すべての敵を倒せ！(Defeat all enemies!)
Law	炎属性禁止 (No fire element)

 

Battle

This is a fairly easy quest, the only thing to watch out for is fire, if you have a black mage stick to ice or thunder, just follow the law and this level is a breeze. Just take out the enemies one by one and healing with your white mage as appropriate.

 

After battle

Bonus

Metal knuckle, Silk robe

Head back to the village of wood, check the event. Then get another task "Here we are! Yellow Wing"

Law	冷気属性禁止(No ice element)

 

After battle

Barong, Iron helm, Eye drop

Head back to the Camoa Village (カモアの町) to check the event. Now you can choose "Clan Trial" these are quests that prove your worth as adventurers, completing these give you better clan privilages. Take the next main quest "Tomato, tomato".

Location	こもれびの林道(Sunbeam Wood Path)
Condition	賞金首ウゴール討伐！(Defeat the wanted criminal Ugol!)
Law	MP回復禁止(No MP recovery)

 

Battle

Ugol is weak against wind, the rest are weak against water.

 

After battle

Chest	Potion
Bonus	Samson's Sword, Round shield, Antidote

After the event Adel will join you.

Pass through Bizuga Green (ビズガ緑地) and then arrive at Glass Village (グラスの町)

At Glass Village, Cid will leave the party. And you can receive the task Arrest Instruction #3 (手配書No.3)

Wanted: Gilmunto

Quest	手配書No.3
Location	アルダナ山(Aldana Mountain)
Condition	賞金首ギルムント討伐！(Defeat the wanted criminal Gilmunt!)
Law	炎属性禁止(No fire element)

 

Battle

Gilmuntis weak against holy. Fire/Ice/Elec only deals 1/2 damage.

The rest are weak against water.

Thunder Drake (サンダードレイク) and Yellow Jelly (イエローゼリー) absorb thunder.

 

After battle

Chest	Antidote
Bonus	Rising sun, Circlet, Echo screen

Accept the next quest Beware of fire (火の用心) at the pub.

Battle

Red Mashmarrow (レッドマシュマロ) and Bomb (ボム) absorb fire.

 

After battle

Energy mace, Bronze armor, Eye drop

Now you can join an Auction in any town.

In the system command, you can also check your Area Champ (エリアチャンプ) information under "Clan Information (クラン情報)"

At the pub, you can get the next main quest Unlock
